About the role
Support the day-to-day operations of NebulaForge's Azure-hosted systems. You will ensure high availability of internal platforms, manage patch cycles, and automate operational runbooks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain Azure subscriptions and resource health
- Manage patch management cycles for VMs and PaaS resources
- Create and maintain operational runbooks and documentation
- Respond to infrastructure alerts and perform root cause analysis
- Support compliance audits with logging and reporting
What you'll bring
- 3+ years Azure administration experience
- AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) certification required
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting
- Familiarity with backup solutions and Azure Site Recovery
- Scripting in PowerShell or Azure CLI
- ITIL Foundation (preferred)
