About the role
Maintain and evolve NebulaForge's internal IT infrastructure. You will manage endpoints, on-premises networking, Azure AD, and Intune device management for 200+ employees across 3 offices.
Responsibilities
- Manage Azure AD / Entra ID tenant, conditional access, and MFA
- Administer Intune policies for Windows and macOS endpoints
- Maintain office network infrastructure and VPN services
- Handle L2/L3 escalations from helpdesk
- Contribute to IT disaster recovery and backup procedures
What you'll bring
- 3+ years IT infrastructure or system administration
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Intune
- Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls
- Windows Server and Linux administration
- Basic scripting (PowerShell or Bash)
- Helpdesk or end-user support background
